I see the doctor in june. I hope she can do something for my insomnia....it's really bringing me down....Ive been trying to draw but I just cant get inspired anymore....Maybe I should start buying wizard magazine. That mag always gave me inspiration but for some reason, it is hard to find here where I live...I guess thats what you get for living in the middle of nowhere

Insomnia is a sleeping disorder and the strain it can cause can last from either a few days, weeks and in some rare cases can last even months and years which I reiterate the last parts can occur in sever sercomstances. The causes of Insomina usally stem from a few causes: 1. Restlessness 2. Psychoactive drugs and stimulants (ex. Coffee, Medication, Nicotine.) 3. Life problems which are usally related to stress. 4. sleep deprevation (Such as loud noises) 5. Certain neurological disorders 6. Hormonal shifts (Menstruation and Menopause) 7. Medical conditions (ex. rheumatoid arthritis) and finally 8. Parasomnia (Night Terrors, Nightmares, Restless Leg Syndrome RLS,ect.) Hopefully you can get things straighten out so you can get back to your artistic side of yourself. I hope that some of my minor analysis can be of some assistance to your personal benefit. pretty much what newground sage has said. my insomnia has lasted on and off for years. I also have panic disorder the two together are not a good combo and in fact and be debilitating
